For those of you who live in Israel: an Israeli Hi-tech company, SQLink announced a rather unusual, but fun way to recruite employees. Two words: Viral Distribution.

According to GotFriends (Hebrew), SQLink’s online recruiting website established, apparently, just for this purpose, for every friend referred by you and hired by SQLink you get nice and round amount of 2,500 NIS (appx. $500).
