No, this is not one of Google’s search services like Patent Search or Book Search. New York Times reports Google started to implement an automated system to search for possible candidates amongst more than 100,000 CVs received at Google’s HR each month.

Applicants are asked to fill an online survey at the end of which an applicant is given a 0 to 100 score. The score, derived from Google’s formulas designed just for this purpose, tries to predict applicant’s fitness to be a Googler.

“Have you ever made a profit from a catering business or dog walking?”, “Have you ever set a world record in anything?” Correct answers to those may bring you a step closer to be a Googler.
